Jeff Ohlwiler, P.T.

Jeff is one of the owners of Prorehab. He has lived in Price since since 1996 after graduating from Washington University in St Louis which was ranked the #1 physical therapy school in the nation. Jeff treats all types of injuries and postoperative patients, but especially enjoys treating the foot and ankle, and running injuries. Jeff has volunteered coaching track at the junior high and high school level for seven years. He and his wife raised their two children in Price and now enjoy being here as empty-nesters. They enjoy biking and being with their family.

Michael Gagon, P.T.

Mike is one of the owners of ProRehab and has been with the company for 19 years. Mike works at our Price and Green River clinics and he specializes in Graston soft tissue mobilization. He graduated from the University of Utah with a Master's in physical therapy. Mike enjoys golf, bowling and basketball but his real passion is for hunting. Mike and Jenny have raised three great kids together, Lexi, Ryan and Brady.

Scott Labrum, P.T.

David Nelson, P.T.

David Nelson graduated with his Physical therapy degree from Eastern Washington University in 2000. He has worked in Carbon County as a PT since 2001 and has been with ProRehab since 2003. He loves working with all types of patients. He is ASTYM certified, certified in dry needling, and received extensive training from the Mckenzie Spine Institute, Mulligan Concept Institute for spine, extremities and hands, and from the Spinal Manipulation Institute. He enjoys working daily in the outpatient therapy clinic as well as working in the home health setting. David loves all things outdoors: mountain biking, motorcycling, boating, backpacking, snowboarding, shooting and many of the activities that are available in our local area. One of the things David loves about Price is all of the fun outdoor activities he can do with his 3 beautiful children and lovely wife Melissa. David grew up in Bountiful, Utah, but "Carbon County will forever be my home".

Michael Terry, D.P.T.

Michael Terry graduated from Carbon High in 2003 and furthered his education at CEU (now USUE). After serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Chicago, Illinois Spanish speaking mission. Mike Attended Utah State University in Logan and earned a Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2010. He then attended University of Utah where he graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013. After Graduating from the University of Utah, Mike joined the ProRehab team. Mike works in the Price and East Carbon Clinics and also does home health visits throughout Carbon County. He is certified in Graston soft tissue mobilization and enjoys treating all sorts of musculoskeletal pathologies.

Mike and his beautiful wife, Larissa, were married in 2009. They have four active kiddos: Titus (9), Brynn (7), Talmage (4), and Taysom (7 months). Mike enjoys hiking, tinkering with computers or electronics, and spending time with his family.

Derek Labrum, D.P.T.

Derek started working for ProRehab in June of 2017. He has loved getting to know so many great people and their families in those 2-1/2 years.

He earned his bachelor’s in exercise science at Utah State University in 2014. Then attended Idaho State University where he graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017.

Derek enjoys doing pretty much anything outdoors. Some of his passions include dirt biking, fishing, hiking, and camping. He is always up for a new adventure.

Derek has been married to his wife Talina for almost 10 years. They have 3 children. JD (7), Bostyn (4), Londyn (1).

Zac Willson, L.A.T., A.T.C.

Zac Willson has been with ProRehab for one year. He graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor's degree is Athletic Training and Exercise Science. After school he worked Division l Athletics for SUU, mainly with football, womens gymnastics and golf, evaluating, treating and rehabbing injuries. He specializes in sports medicine and sports related injuries.

Zac enjoys golf, hunting, riding 4 wheelers, doing things with his kids and watching them in their different activities. Zac's wife is McKenzie and has 4 children, Zeke, Maddux, Matti and Murphi.
